I have been a long time resident of Willow Lakes and appreciate the price of rent. My problem comes with the lack of maintenance that gets done here. We have had different staff throughout the years working here but the motto is the same with everyone, play dumb, say you never got the work order, its not my department, whatever the excuse might be. I know this property could be nice if people cared about it but unfortunately no one does. All of my appliances have been broken or needing repair ever since 2020. I have dealt with things being patched together and never really working right. My apartment needs a new dishwasher a new refrigerator and a new oven. We have called every day for a week about the oven. I have called once a week since April 2022 about my dishwasher. My refrigerators rubber around it is hanging off and missing chunks. I have been a good renter of your property and have taken care of it as if it was mine which you can come look anytime and see. I am tired of dealing with ******, *******, your past employees **** and ***. Its time you as the owner take care of what needs to be done. My whole buildings security locks are missing and I dont want to call the fire marshal on you. Come take care of these things. Im sorry it had to come to a Better Business Bureau complaint before somebody cares.
