    I took my car there to have it fixed because of an insufficient air flow on the bank1 and bank2 of the secondary air injection. First **** ****** did a diagnosis and explained to me what was wrong but couldnt get me in right away because he is busy at the moment. The time came that I had my schedule, He kept my car for a week and finally got the call that my car was done. Paid him and went home. After a day in my possession, the error came back and it gave the same code. I called and left a.message since its is so difficult to contact the shop. I finally got hold of **** after several tries. He knew what the problem is because I went to the shop just to inform him that the light was back. After waiting for a week, finally I was able to get a schedule. He has the car now for 5 days and nothing has been done.i have his loaner now and He told me we have to swap cars for the weekend and I could bring my car again next week. He said he deleted the error and waiting g for it to come back. Same thing that he knows already. Its a back job and he wont even prioritize my car. I asked for a refund and bring the car to a different shop but he wont give me a refund. I have lost my trust on this shop. I've been patient and understanding but this is beyond unacceptable.
