5 starsI've used this company before about 20 years earlier to replace all my upstairs windows and called them when it was time to replace a few downstairs. The sales process was pleasant, the windows came sooner than expected, and the financing offered was easy and fair. The installer showed up on time, finished the job in a day (2 windows), and left my home as he found it.Both windows are very tight but I expect them to loosen up slightly over time but I know they'll come back to adjust if necessary.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

5 stars*** came for a consultation to replace our sliding door and was super personable. He gave us a quote and didn't even try to sell us more than what we needed/was looking for. **** does everything with quality and customers in mind and the technician that came out answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things that they don't offer. They forgot to include the foot lock when installing it and promptly came out the next week to install it no charge. We appreciate the work they do and will definitely be a repeat customer on our other ********************** and doors.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

5 starsExceptional Window Replacement Experience with a Truly Local, All-in-*********** We had our windows replaced in our house by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding from Lisle. My wife and I were specifically looking for a company local to the ******* area where sales, production, installation, and service were all handled by the same team. Many companies rely on subcontractors, and we werent interested in that. We wanted one-stop shoppingand we got it with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding.The salesperson was very informative, walking us through our options from window styles to materials. He was also mindful of our budget and worked with us to stay within it.Once the windows were ready, the installers arrived on time and were extremely conscientious. They laid tarps to protect our wood floors, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up thoroughlyboth inside and outside. They even dusted all the windowsills. After installation, they took the time to show us how the windows operate, how to clean them, and explained the security features.The follow-up from Illinois Energy Windows and Siding was reassuring. 5 starsProfessional service, better quote than we expected, and conscientious tradesman. Gave us a beautiful front door and stormdoor with a built-in screen. J.S., the *********, made sure that everything was covered, replaced the frame, the threshold and the trim. Then he cleaned up everything, vacuumed, swept and polished the windows in the doors.
