1 starI've had difficulty with this company from an administrative perspective, not the quality of window cleaning. *******, the on-site cleaning professional was great and we tipped in cash accordingly. The difficulty I'm having is with the billing. The original quote was for $310 which I believed was too high compared to our former home and I planned to shop around. The following evening, a representative from Bubbles called me to see what we thought of the quote and I told her we wouldn't be going with Bubbles to which she said they would eliminate the frame cleaning which amounted to $100 so our new quote to clean the windows inside & out is $210. Great; lets get it scheduled for August 2, 2023. The tech showed up promptly, did a good job on the windows and we tipped him in cash. I have a text message from Bubbles indicating that the" exact price will be confirmed with you before starting the work". I didn't recall that being stated; otherwise, I would have asked ******* for quote verification. Received an invoice for $320 and have been trying to get the price discrepancy resolved amicably as this is all a misunderstanding in my opinion. However, their staff is rude, insistent that the price is correct and best of all, offered that we split the difference and pay them 50% of the new amount stating they couldn't eliminate a charge for work that was already performed. I didn't want the frames cleaned, told them I didn't want them cleaned prior to the work, but now they're offering 50% off on a service I never wanted. Following up with that, some of the frames were cleaned and others werent. Never imagined we would have to get so far as to talk about the quality of the work since it was a service we didn't want to begin with. Save your time, money and aggravation and find a different company for these services.Review fromSteve R

1 starReceived a quote to clean gutters for $200. I verified it was a quote and not an estimate. They had been to this house be before. Then they notified me it would be $350 instead of $200, because downspout was clogged. Their proof of the clog was two EXTERNAL pictures of the downspout, neither pic showed anything abnormal.Review fromJermaine L

1 starI wish I could give zero stars they came to my house and literally did the work that I could have done with a garden hose and left my windows still dirty. I told them Im not paying until they come and do the job thoroughly and this rude woman was going back and forth with me threatening to send 150 dollars to collections if i didnt pay. I told them no wonder you all are hounding me your customer service is just as bad as your ******************************************* service. Then she had the audacity to say cease communication with **. That was the funniest moment because they were calling me to months and texting me after not resolving my issue and had the audacity to think I wanted to ever call for their services againReview fromJean J

1 starI scheduled my cleaning between ****. I stayed home and waited for them and no one came. 12:08 I call them and she tells me something happened and they cant come. Why didnt THEY reach out to ME? Then they tell me well we maybe can come at 4 but I dont know because were short staffed. I scheduled my day and time around ****. And they want to say maybe 4. She continues to tell me she is putting me on the schedule for Friday. This girl was missing the whole point. My time was wasted and they are not trustworthy. I wouldnt reschedule with them if they were to pay me and still wash my windows! Do not use this company! They are unprofessional and not reliable. What a waste of my time and money. 1 starCompany changed our appointment date with less than 20 minutes notice - came when we were not home. Upper gutters weren't done but customer service rep insisted they had been. Took a couple weeks to get them to come back out, and when they did the tech took a look and acknowledged the work hadn't been done. Will not use again or recommend.
