    on 02/05/2024 at 2:48 pm while on line i recieved a text after a phone call from united auto parts from mr. ******************* about a transmission i had inquired about and was informed they had one. after quite a few text messages back and forth and phone calls we came to agreement on price $ ******* which *** shipping and i was sent a invoice and made payment as directed and gave all shipping infromation aterwards i was told i would recive a call when shipped which never happened but did recive text stating the shipper would pick up transmission on wendsday and it would be delivered friday. after not reciving a call as told and no reply to my text and finding my calls blocked i got realy worried iam a disabled veteren and i took a loan to make this needed purchase. never recived the part i paid for they won't answer my text and when i call i get a message saying there has been an applacation era itried using another phone same message.

    1 star because 0 stars isn't an option They took my money 2 weeks ago and I haven't recieved shipping confirmation or tracking. Took my money in a matter minutes.

    As per the invoice agreement you reviewed before payment, the shipping timeframe of 7-14 business days was clearly stated. You reached out on the 11th business day for shipment details, and we confirmed it would arrive within 2-3 additional days. We also offered a full refund if you preferred not to wait. You opted to cancel the order at that point. It's important to note that we were still within the agreed timeframe when you requested the refund. Upon your cancellation request, we promptly issued a full refund and shared the refund receipt via email and text message.
