      After searching online for a company to install a stairlift in my south suburban Cook home. I contacted DME Elevators & Lifts in Lilse. They responded quickly and sent a serviceman out to do measurements and give us a quote. ********************* came out and gave us options. We needed the service in less than two weeks, The equipment was neatly installed on the schedule date and within within a few hours! Grateful for the Excellent, timely and courteous service!

      I believe techs name was ****. He didn't mind answering all my questions and was very thorough in serving my stair lift. He gave me good advice for the future maintenance. Would definitely recommend him.

      Both my sales person and technician were prompt, responsive, thorough, informative, friendly, patient and professional. I could go on and on with good reviews about them and the new stair lift. There was nothing negative about this process, and I am very happy with the product which meets all the needs my mom has.

      Sales person and technician were the same. He gave detailed information regarding the chairlift. We were to the showroom and given detailed demonstration on how it operates. He did the installation himself. My husband has been using it daily now and is happy.
