      I live in ***********, a ******* suburb. CD One Pickup and Delivery has misdelivered other peoples' laundry to me and lost my towels. They allegedly did a search but closed the case, rather than continuing to look into it. Last month, I received a man's clothes in MY bag instead of my towels that I had trusted CD to launder and return to me. CD contact *** said they contacted their other customers, and no one admitted to having my towels. They also said NO ONE had contacted them about missing men's clothing items. THEY EVEN SAID THEY VIDEOTAPE THEIR PROCESS AND YET FOUND NO CLUES AS TO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY TOWELS, NOR THE MAN'S LAUNDRY. This is utter incompetence and disregard for customers' property. I HAVE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND RECOMMEND TO EVERY POTENTIAL CUTOMER TO FIND A service OTHER THAN CD!!
