We specialize in waterproofing exterior masonry walls, especially in sealing concrete blocks/cinder blocks/ split face blocks erected in condominium buildings.
Our primary speciality is masonry restorations as tuckpointing, iron lintels beams and brick replacements at the apartment buildings, 2/4 flat buildings and bungalows.
The Gralak Team favorite services area rebuilding parapet walls, installation capping stones and clay tiles (terracotta capping) and windows caulking.
We love to install the windows and doors flashing systems as well as installing the waterproofing barriers at the top of the buildings as well as at the foundation walls with sealing and fixing concrete cracks.
Our best seller service is application caulking sealant at the top and bottom of the houses and buildings to improve the watertight of masonry properties.
