    This company does not even deserve 1 star run as fast as you can. My husband should have looked on bbb so were out 700, Home warranty of America the worst.I have waited 8hrs today no call nothing from whom they contract out Life time appliance

    They tell you that they are going to replace your appliance if it can't be fixed, but in reality, they give you a gift card that won't cover the cost of replacing the appliance. I paid $450 for the service for the year. When my dishwasher couldn't be fixed, they first offered me $247 to replace it. When i complained, they offered me $357 based on the quiet level of the dishwasher. I still complained that i couldn't buy one for the amount of money they offered. They said that's the price based on what they could buy it for. I told them to buy it and I'll pay for the shipping, but they said they couldn't do that. I asked them since they use a Lowes gift card to pay Lowes and I would pick it up. They said they don't do that as well. So now I've paid them $450 for the warranty, $75 for the service call and now another $250 to $350 for the difference of a new dishwasher. That's more than the warranty costs, so it's not worth it to purchase the warranty when I could put the price of the warranty towards a new dishwasher. Knowing now that they wouldn't cover the cost of a new dishwasher, I would never have bought this warranty.

    Probably the worst company ever, basically useless, working with worst suppliers and support is just quiet and hangs up on you so bad AVOID!
