- CDL Consultant has a case by case policy regarding refunds. This policy is governed by a couple of guidelines: If we contacted, hired, and had an attorney file on your case no refund will be issued. If you did not follow instructions by CDLC or your attorney no refund or a partial refund may be issued. If you paid for a case to be re-opened and we were not able to re-open it no refund will be issued. If you called and decided to cancel within a 24 hr period a full refund will be issued if the court date was not within the 24 period. All refunds may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee due to credit card processing and administrative fees.
