    ********** Credit (VC) has been withholding my car title from me. I paid off the car in 2020 and sent a check to VC for $17,128.22. VC never sent me an updated title with my name. I recently got into a total loss accident and need to submit my title to get my compensation. I reached out to *** on October 2024 and was connected to someone named ********. ******** informed me that my updated title had been mailed to me but when I asked for tracking information/proof of delivery, there wasnt any. When I told her I never received it she said it must have gotten lost in the mail. To get a replacement title ******** requested that I write a letter explaining the situation as well as $25.00 for the label to Mail in my title. I mailed the letter and check on 11/6 via *** Overnight delivery and the tracking information said it arrived 11/7. I contacted ******** from VC on 11/7 and she denied receiving the mail. After sending her the tracking information confirming delivery she told me she would check with the mailroom. This was the last time I spoke to her and every attempt to reach her since has failed. I have called over and over and she has not responded to me and now I dont know what else to do. Her phone number is ************ and extension ****** I am getting very concerned about this situation and I need help getting my title. I have taken all the necessary steps yet nobody is picking up my call nor mailing in my title.

    I leased a car through ** October 2023. September 7, 2024 someone hit me and totaled my car. From the hospital, I reached out to ** and insurance to let them know what happened. ** then continued to call, email AND send actual mail to my home, reminding me to make my September 24th payment even though I didn't have a car anymore. I made my payment in good faith, following their repeated reminders to do so. Today is October 28th and I am still reaching out to Volkswagon asking for that September payment back. September 24th, ** received both my car payment and *****'s insurance payout for the total loss. On October 4th, my account was ************************ to reflect that. I know all of this because I have had to call ********** almost every day to remind them I am still here and I am still out $609.64. They admit I am owed that credit. They refuse to hand it back. My attorney contacted ** again today. I have broken bones, high medical bills, a family to care for and accident trauma that isn't MY FAULT!!! ** is purposely being unprofessional because they can. This person is over it and am blowing all the whistles.

    Title was NEVER transferred after payment. A physical piece of mail was sent to an old residence and there was no follow-up.

    This business keeps contacting me, by my phone at ************ which is on the do not call list. Last contact was from the number ************ on Feb 14, 2024. They have also called from other numbers. I called ************ provided by local VW dealership on Jan 5 2024, During the call, told them that I have never had credit with them or owed a *********** My credit file has been locked for 5+ years. I only gave my name and phone number in case this was a elaborate scam. At the time I was told that the call was be documented and that my number would be removed. I was told somehow it was associated with someone else.Other dates of calls 12/6/23, 12/4/23. 11/30/23, 11/28/23, 11/20/23, 11/10/23, 11/1/23, 10/20/23, 10/19/23 there are any more but I deleted many of the records from my phone.I have attached a transcript of the message they leave each time they call. I just want them to fix their records and leave me alone. Please Help

    We paid off our 2018 Audi A4 at the end of August and two months later we have still not received the title from VW Credit/Audi ********* Services. We have called customer care multiple times and have gotten the runaround each time with nobody having a concrete answer. We were told a month ago that it would be in our hands within ***** business days, but over a month has passed since that time and the CA *** still reports a lien on the car. In addition, we haven't received even a lien release to take to the *** despite them telling us they'd send one. We mistakenly decided to pay off this car in hopes of selling it third party rather than trade it into the dealership for another Audi. Two months later, the value of the car keeps plummeting and we still have to pay insurance on the car every month. We even tried just dumping it at CarMax or Carvana but without the title at this point, we are not able to do even that. Extremely disappointed at VW Credit/************** and am soured to the point where I will be going to *** or ******** at this rate on my next purchase.

    On November 7th, 2022, I sent a certified ** mail letter to VW Credit - VW Credit, ***** Credit Inquiries, **********************************************************************, requesting the removal of late payments in 2020 reported on my credit report. My past account ********** with VW Credit is for a VW Tiguan 2019. I am requesting to have the late charge payments from 2020 erased and for credit bureaus to be notified of this change. I tried various times before to resolve this issue with VW after being bullied to pay a charge off for the remaining total of the vehicle in order for the vehicle not to be repossessed. I later consulted with a lawyer and was informed of my legal rights as a consumer to pay off the late payment in total. After notifying VW that I knew their actions to charge off the account and repossess the vehicle during COVID-19 were unlawful and an unethical representation of my rights, they ceased threats and I was able to reinstate my account with VW and pay off all late payments, no future late payments. I also had a previous account starting in 2016 with VW Credit and never had any late payments that account to my responsibility.I explained I had been laid off, was experiencing serious mental illness and became unable to pay my car payments on time. I experienced harassment from a VW manager asking me for my lawyer's name, threatening repossession of the vehicle at any time and demeaning comments regarding my education to make a point that I should have know better. Although I received an apology from one of the reps that made the demeaning comment, I am asking for the removal of the late payments on my credit report. The Heroes Act (Section ******) suspends negative consumer reports credit reporting during COVID. I reiterate that all late payments were paid off and I was able to reinstate my account with VW and remained in good standing with no late payments until the end of November 2021. Please reevaluate my case and get back to me with your decision.

    I am just trying to collect **** benefits. I have faxed over and mailed my orders multiple times, and they claim its not legible. I physically mailed 2 sheets of paper that I printed out and saw with my own eyes that I can read it. Yet they claim they cant read it when they scanned it into their systems?!?!? I supposedly cant talk to the **** department and they wont call me back.Worst bank ever. How hard is it to get a document to a bank in this day and age?

    Bought our volkswagon off lease to buy another car. Volkswagon is charging their title system/ process causing unnecessary delays. I lost out on our new car because we dont have title. Its been 5 weeks! They hang up when you call. Rude and miserable experience.

    I bought a VW ID4. I am unable to connect to the system to control car. I have had the car for over 3 weeks after waiting a year. It is electric and needs to be monitored with the application on my phone. The problem is i have contacted dealer, vw help, reaponse, reset account4 times, made a new account and visited dealer twice but all say they can't help. If the car was fully operational with comtrol, it would be no problem but since they can't fix this issue. I woild like my money refunded and I will drop the car off at ************* in ******, **.
