Constant harassment, calls EVERY HOUR from multiple different area codes. I work nights and they call all day while I'm trying to sleep. Calling back only connects me to a machine. I have blocked multiple numbers and added my number to the DO NOT CALL registry.Business Response

We had a tub replacement done for $8,000+. This was done and finished with no problems, beautiful., on 7/9/2020 w/ lifetime warranty. Cracks began in floor pan. We took pictures and measurements and sent them to original folks who put it in. They no longer do that for the company, they won't honor warranty. Called home company, they won't honor warranty. I don't want replacement of pan, but a coat of resin or acrylic over cracks would do. No one wants to honor the warranty. Seems to be a breach of contract, please advise..Business Response

Based on the photos, the scruff marks do not appear to be cracks in the product. Scuff marks can be buffed out with a local refinishing company.

Stand up shower has water penetrating through sealed sections and is unusable. The whole reason I chose to use bath planet was because of the acrylic materials used for the showers and are supposed to be water proof. I would like this repaired or refunded.Business Response

This is not our shower door. We did not manufacture this door and we did not install it. We are not a franchise. BCI is a bath manufacture of some Bath Planet products.
Their contract is with Bath Planet of NM/Aesops ***** - who is independently owned and operated. We do not know who's door this is. They would need to contact Bath Planet of NM/Aesops ***** to find out where they purchased this door.
We can only provide warranty on BCI product. The scope of our authority is limited to the warranty of our products against manufacturing defects. This is not our product.

The sales people at this company are on the boarder of harassment. Non stop calls and texts after I have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me. I inquired a year or so ago, told them I was no longer interested and then recently I was looking at my options to get my tub resealed (never inquired to bath planet a second time) and they will not stop calling and texting me.Business Response

I have been receiving numerous calls from this company or the company they hire to take calls and forward to them. I have never reached out to this company and when they call here and ask for *****, I the one time said, ***** is not here, very rudely she said, then go get her. I said, no one by that name lives here and she abruptly hangs up. But still day after day, I keep getting calls for *****. Telling them to quit calling is not working. I was going to write yesterday and say I was satisfied with the company's response, but luckily I did not because today, March 28, 2024 at 1:57 pm, I received another phone call from one of the company's contractors that they said, they would contact and ask them to put our phone number on the do not disturb list. When they call, they ask for *****. I have told them numerous times that there is no one by that name at this number. Today the person that called identified herself as, **** and her phone number is: ************
So at this time, I am not willing to close the case.
I also tried to do this online using the link you provided, but it said that page could not be found. I was instructed to enter the following code: 21369920-BC868.

She is on our do not call list. We do not have a **** at our company. We have called the local contractor in PA and they have her on their do not call list.
Unfortunately, we do not know who is calling her. When we call the 888 number the homeowner provided, it does not go through.
If the homeowner gets more info, please let us know. Hopefully they will not get anymore phone calls.

I inquired about bathroom remodel once and decided not to pursue. But now this company calls me roughly 3 or 4 times per day EVERYDAY! I blocked the number but i still see how often its calling and is blocked. I wanted nothing to do with this company back shortly after i simply inquired. I dont want anything from them now. We had a shower installed in Feb 2023. Since the installation which cost $10,000, there have been multiple issues. The shower leaks on the downstairs ceiling; the coloring is coming off of the fixtures; the doors are so out of line that they do not shut properly and therefore leak, and the water does not shut off properly when the tap is turned off, so it is constantly dripping. We have made multiple attempts to contact Bath Planet to have these issues rectified. When trying to contact Bath Planet of *******, they say they are only schedulers, and we, therefore, need to speak to head office. When we speak to head office, we are told that we need to speak to Bath Planet *******. For some reason, the Bath Planet on the sales contract is Bath Planet ***********, even though we are not in **********. When calling this office, I am told that the Bath Planet on the Sales contract is no longer in Business even though the office I am calling has the same address as the address on the sales agreement. This seems like a scam to me. The salesperson from Bath Planet makes it sound like Bath Planet is installing the shower and does not make it clear that they use subcontractors for the installation. We have been left with a shower that needs fixing and no one to contact regarding these issues.Business Response
