            I bought an electronic cigarette rolling machine. It cost over ******. It rolled 2 cigarettes and now the injector rod doesn't work anymore. The first time I called they told me they had a 30 minute procedure to do before they take calls. Why state your open time as 8 am then. No call back. So I called them back. They want a video of it not working. Its 2 days old and they want a video? It's crazy. Its defective bottom line. Watching a video isnt going to make the injector rod magically work. I would have taken a replacement. Now I just want my money back. ****** dont grow on trees.

            I ordered twice first time order took long time to get my place a month or so 2nd order they tell me was delivered I looked on camera never was delivered at all I emailed them they told me package was lost after someone else told pay 20 dollars for shipping and we will send it right away so I told them refund my money no money in my bank yet and probably never see them
