    I am rejecting this response because: there was no dark water and never was. I am willing to pay for any service I received; the 10-minute call with **** at the start was the only service I received, but there was no follow-up,on what he suggested. He is the pro, not me. I listened and took notes.

    What I learned is that Biagi is the plumber for *********************** So the communication was with them. And they and Biagi are furious that I filed a complaint.

    ding pipes being involved. *****'s report stated I'd had "dark black water" which I didn't. He referenced copper pipes and my unit being vacant for 4 months with remodeling/realtor showings so the condo building was not involved in my problem. I courteously followed up with **** by phone five times saying that I never had dark water and referenced the blue granules and his comment to check the building pipes. **** had no response and said he needed to talk to *****; he never was able. What informs my experience with Biagi is that the condo president is a practicing architect, and she got involved at the very start, talking privately with **** AFTER my initial talk with him, and at the visit talking by phone with *****. ****** own analysis of the blue granules was forgotten! Two wks. ago I wrote an e-mail to **** and 4 hours later got an e-mail response: he was finally able to talk to *****! The condo president was copied, very pleased with Biagi. I needed to pay their charges of $281.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Please let Biagi Plumbing know that I realize they were under pressure to honor an ongoing relationship with *********************** As a new owner I didn't realize that Biagi was the plumber for Forestwood. So I didn't know why **** would call our president at the outset and then later copy her on his response to my e-mail. Or why she had a long conversation with ***** after his arrival. (And she and I never agreed that the cost of the Biagi inspection was mine.) 

    I appreciate that your letter is more acceptable than the last and accept the offer of a $140 refund. My complaint is the same. Also, I am a painter with a degree from the School of the ************* so I know color... and dirty water. You may want to consider the stress and time an older single person has endured... besides yourself.
