    We have several locations in Sangamon County and our vending machines are constantly running out of product. I phone in on a weekly basis and nothing seems to ever get done. I have mentioned a number of times we would like to be serviced more than once a week but nothing.changes. Shop around if you’re considering good service !! A large company doesn’t necessarily mean it is managed well…

    Management is aware of the issues and they will be addressed right away. We are also reviewing the Sangamon County machine schedules to get them updated as well. Here at HOI Vending, Inc we thrive to deliver an exceptional customer experience and will do whatever is needed.

    Terrible service. They do not fill their machine. We have 3 vending machines, one of which has moldy food, and the other 2 are empty. When you send a service request, they do not respond. I DO NOT recommend this HOI Vending. Note, this has been an ongoing issue.
