  There is not word to define the experience I've had while waiting for approval to test. I left a voicemail with a person who initials are C.S. She returned my call and left a voicemail only stating her name. Did not leave a call back number, or address the issue outlined in my original voicemail. Instead of calling back I decided to email her. Again, I outlined my concern and asked for assistance. She responded with no greeting and only asked if I had taken the exam after my initial email stated I submitted a request to take the exam and my status was pending. Again, nothing in my original email was addressed. I just can't believe this person is who is responsible for me being able to test for my license. I answered her question in my follow up email and she responded, again with no greeting only telling me in all capital letters to send a copy of my driver's license, name and date of birth. I sent it and still haven't heard anything. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I don't know who views these reviews, but please do something about your staff and the way they handle business. This business involves the livelihood of so many individuals and they, ****** especially, is careless.

  I waited for months for my mother to recover. Never get anyone on the phone. The most professional person there was ****** the ***** She would do everything in her power to help. The lack on compassion in that place was unbelievable. I moved my mom out of this facility 6 weeks ago and I am glad to say she is coming home this weekend.When I was told by someone that she was not going to be able to come home she needed long term care forever. She was at Continental for 6 months and I feel she was drugged or sedated just to keep her non mobile and unable to come home. So they can get her checks, which again never notified of this.When it was to their benefit she was of sound mind. My mom was some days of sound mind but got so many UTI's that they had her sign the papers while having an episode of hallucinations from a UTI. Since the move to a new facility not 1 incident of hallucinations or "bad behaviors" . As we picked her up a small sign on the table informing you they are housing a sexual offender in the facility. I was never told about this ever. I mean I could not even get a update and I was POA. I could go on and on but I won't these few stories can give you a insite of what goes on.

  If I could leave no stars I would. They never return calls or emails, and the operator is a real pill. Unfortunately she is the only person you talk to every time you call and she hangs ** in you and sounds like she hates life. I have waited over a month for my RN pass letter and I need it in order to start a job. They could care less. The state needs to get their $&!? Together and get a different company!!! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!
