      My experience with ProSmart Movers was fantastic. They took great care of my items, wrapping and securing everything for transport. The movers were polite and hardworking, and they made sure I was happy with where everything was placed in my new home. Their prices were fair and transparent. I couldnt have asked for a better moving company to handle my relocation.

      ProSmart Movers is a company you can truly rely on. They were on time, professional, and friendly from the moment they arrived. My belongings were carefully packed and unloaded without a single scratch. They delivered exactly what they promised at a very fair price. Its rare to find this level of dedication in moving companies. Highly recommend them!

      They broker out to other companies who have different rules and fees. The logistically do not plan and communicate the move well. The ******* arrived not knowing he needed two trucks and was going to a storage unit. He moved my stuff from a climate controlled storage unit to a non climate controlled until in the same facility and left it the southern heat and humidity for a week with no care of what that might do do the things I had int he unit. They moved my original move day. Then arrived 8 hours late. The moving truck didn't arrive till 6pm when it should have been there by 10am. The guys who actually moved my stuff were nice hard working guys. But the logistics are horrible. And they found ways to increase the cost that are based on guesses not things that can be refuted. It was all disingenuous.

      Wouldn’t do business ever again. Used this company this past summer, and though the movers themselves were fast, (reason for 2 stars), there were damage to quite a few items. (desk leg completely stripped from the desk, IDK HOW they did that. The TOP of my tv stand was damaged, ladder bookshelf missing back screws). Should’ve known something wouldn’t go right since the really young mover sat on my boxes when they had arrived in the apt). Movers also spoke no English, and there’s definitely hidden fees. The price M*** gave when I reserved is completely different once the move is over and you speak with whoever the other guy is. Still have the text too with no indication that feed could change. Including when I spoke with them an extra time before the move just to check for any changes. Idk how in the world I missed all these reviews on BBB, bc google definitely doesn’t show and unfortunately idk which specific location to leave the review for
