    On December 2022 I got in contact with the real Yellow Pages via the telephone number, provided by their website and email from their contact information about having my information removed because I’ve been having identity theft problems. They keep giving me the runaround and say that there’s a third-party involved that handles that part or there websites and they transfer me to the third-party company, and when I talk to them they tell me they have nothing to do with them and I don’t know what to do anymore. They refused to allow me to remove my information off the website, because I do not want it on and I have the right to remove my information that is public information but I have the option to opt out!

    My husband **** ********** closed his business ***** **** ******* **** on 06/30/2022 due to health issues. He notified the real yellow pages sales representative to close this account as he is no longer working. He keeps receiving emails that his account is past due and he owes 1297.00. Since the business is closed, he no longer requires advertisement, but they want him to pay for services. The mailing address listed for the Real Yellow Pages is ** *** ****** *** ******* ** *********** He has never been late paying this account. In addition, he has received no bills in the mail. We are requesting that since the business was closed in June that they stop charging us for advertisement.
