What sets us apart from our competition is that we have many single family homes in inventory; we have one that is right for you. Our homes are located in Joliet, Wilmington, Coal City, Plainfield, Lockport, Rockdale and the surrounding Will County area. We can offer you the space of a home and a yard of your own, but without the hassles of a mortgage! We are family owned and operated, and have been in business since 1940. We are constantly updating our inventory of homes, and each Friday afternoon we update our availability listing.
