      I am filing this dispute on behalf of my mother. I took my mother to ******'s office due to not being able to hear out of the hearing aids. ****** stated it's because they are not clean no other options were provided. Shortly after my mom became ill and was admitted into the hospital. Now my mother is in the nursing home. The nursing home misplaced her left hearing aid. ******* has protection and now since she need to use it she no longer has it due to a failed payment. No one mentioned payment failed or letter stating protection has been cancelled. ******* paid $5,000 for the hearing aids that never worked properly. While requesting replacement ****** mentioned paying $2900 for replacement and that was a very good deal. I advised that's not a good deal at all on product that doesn't work. I advised ****** we will go to a different place and I will write a review on ******* ****** stated while you are doing that mention how your father groped me a couple of times. My father has dementia caused by several strokes and a heart attack. I apologized to her on behalf of my father. ******* shouldn't receive $5,000 hearing aids that doesn't work due to my Father's illness. At this time there is no resolve. I need to see paperwork regarding protection and letters advising protection plan cancelled due to failed payment. How long has the plan been cancelled. Is ****** an ear doctor or certified? No one with integrity would give a senior citizen $5,000 hearing aids that are defective and then blame it on the spouse illness for reporting the situation to *******

      i went to ******* ear for a hearing test and was told i needed hearing aids to keep my job as a **** driver they aasked if i had insurence and checked my card . i was told my ********** blue shield wood cover **** dollars and i would have to pay **** .so i said ok but they never charged my insurence **** they directly charged my credit card i spoke with the owner and he agreed to refund my credit card **** but never did the hearing aids were returned 3 days after i recived them heir i am 2 months later still fighting the bill can you please help me
