      I just received a text message out of nowhere that they have sent my account to ****, a Debt Collector. I have no idea what this is for. I have NEVER received any paper bills. How do I even know if this is legitimate???

      I am having the same issue. I got an email about a charge but can not access the bill online and no one answers the phone calls. This is very frustrating and I don’t even know what the bill is for.

      Doctors are great, however I have complaint with bill payment. I received text message ** the balance owed, but it did not include claim #, website information or c/s #. When I called the phone # after jumping the hoops to get it, since the hospital said they have no information on them, and they don't seem to have a website, I actually had to go to Better Business Bureau to get it, I had to wait over an hour for them to return my call. They wanted payment over the phone. I replied I would like to make the payment on the web. I was given website www.yourhealthbill.com , which did not offer to either set up account or pay my bill. I had to leave another message on the above mentioned phone and wait hours again for someone to call back. I have wasted a lot of time. Their website that's on BBB does not work or exist? Information is outdated and incomplete. Very disappointed with their billing service. I would give them a 0 for my satisfaction.
