  One star is even too generous! First let me start by saying, I was never told nor explained that I had to pay $75 just so they can look at the car and determine whether or not theyll be able to fix it. I purchased a car in January, about a week later my check engine light came on, I called and they told me that its probably cause its been sitting a while, I knew better but was in desperate need of a car, so I blew it off. Fast forward a couple more weeks, it starts raining and my passenger floor would be flooded. The first time it happened, I thought maybe a bottle of water was spilled because it was just wet and damp. But then it rained again and it had an actual puddle, so I call and they tell me theyll have to seal up my sunroofI told them thats not acceptable as it supposed to be used and I planned on it. I told them the actual fix, which was a clogged drain or something and they said they wont fix it. Fast forward a few weeks later and I start the car and its over loud, I called and they said its not warrantied and they cant fix it, I take it to a shop and it was a pipe or something connected to the muffler, had to pay for that. Fast forward a month, and then it just keeps cutting off on, take it to the shop it has blown head gaskets and needs an engine, call them they say no its good its something else, they argue me back and forth and then try to make me tow it. They wound up towing it and had it for 3 weeks before they decide to call and say what I already knew. I tell them I dont want it no more and that the whole experience has been stressful and unprofessional, they tell me theyre gonna do a repossession and good luck and hung up on me. I called back and they said you said you didnt want it so what else is it I need. They said I was still responsible for payments whether its running or not. ****, ********** ****** and one of their **** are overly and completely unprofessional. I regret ever having done business with them.

  I wish I can say 0 stars I got a car from here 2 years ago I had problems immediately. I was stuck paying for my car note and repairs at the same time for 2 years. The car finally broke down completely and they did not care. All they cared about was the money. My car would overheat, muffler, issues battery replaced twice which was $125 each time, wheel bearing replaced on both sides, water pump replaced, when replacing tires the screws would not come off so had to take it to mechanic to remove tires, bad oil leak had to buy 2-3 quarts of oil a week to keep oil in the car. No one would do an oil change because the leak was to bad, couldnt drive over 40 mph without car shaking, heat did not work. Ive taken my car to jd Byrider mechanic twice before. I stopped because when I got the car back the problem was not fixed. Never buy a car from this place they cant even keep employees. *** had 5 different accounts managers. One of the accounts manager I had told me next time I dont buy a car from jd Byrider because there cars are garbage. She also said they overprice the cars and take advantage of people.

  I brought a car from them on July 29th and on July 30th I called repair because my car was smoking from the hood so they told me to bring it in and had to replace me a radiator the next day . Two weeks later car having problems again driving very weird overheating and engine light blinking come to find out I need a brand new engine and their telling me they will need to keep my car for 2/3 weeks to replace my engine and Ill have to pay a $100 co payment fee . This has been so stressful I literally only had 1 week with the car and cant even get myself back in fourth to work Im a single mom with a new born baby and they dont care at all . I just hope this place gets shut down and I can get my funds back.

  I'M WRITTING ON BEHALF OF MY GRANDDAUGHTER WHO PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE ABOUT I YEAR AGO. THE WORST NIGHTMARE I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE HAD A ***** THAT THE ENGINE LIGHT CAN ON AND SHE DEDIDED TO GO ALL THE WAY OUT TO JOLIET TO PURCHASE A ( ***** ). OM HER FIRST PAYMENT THE **** THERE WAS SO NASTY ON THE ***** WITH HER THEY WAS TRYING TO TAKE THE ***** BACK ON THE FIRST PAYMENT TELLING HER SHA WAS LATE ON HER PAYMENT. THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER HAVING THIS ***** THE ***** KEPT CUTTING OFF SO SHE TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED AN OIL CHANGED. SO NOW EVERY 2 WEEKS SHE HAS TO GET AN OIL CHANGED SO THE ***** OF ***** WOULD START UP. BUT REMEMBER YOU THAT ALSO TOOK HER TRADE IN WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL AND THEY GAVE HER H*** WITH THIS *****. NOW HER PAYMENT ARE EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THEY CALL HER TO REMIND HER ABOUT THE PAYMENT BUT THE ***** ***** AIN'T NOTHING. I WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT MY GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER RIDING IN A ***** THAT JUST STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY AND TRAFFIC IS BAD OUT THERE. SO NOW IT IS TIME FOR THE EMMISION TEXT AND YOU KNOW NOW THAT ***** IS NOT GOING TO PASS. YES, IT DIDN'T PASSED AND I TOLD HER TO CONTACT THEM SO THEY RESPOND WAS TO BRING IN THE ***** BUT IT WAS GOING TO COST HER AND SHE NEED TO BRING IT IN AND LEAVE IT. I TOLD HER THAT WAS A NO NO BECAUSE THAY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AFTER READING THEY REVIEW, I FEEL THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLES ALSO HAVING THE SAME FEED BACK ON THIS DEALSHIP AS I DO. WHY HAVEN THE ***** GENERAL ATTONEY OFFICE STEP IN AND INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND MOST OF ALL CLOSE THIS PLACE. MY GRANDDAUGHTER IS NOW WITH OUT A ***** BECAUSE THEY CAME AND REPOSS THE ***** TOOK HER ***** WHICH WAS PAID FOR AND HER PAYMENTS. I'LL BE CONTACTING ***** GENERAL ATTONEY OFFICE HERE IN ********. I HAVE MORE TO TELL BUT BECAUSE THERE'S A LIMIT, I DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH SPACE HERE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE-IN-THE-**** DEALSHIP.

  CNAC IS THE WORSE, THEY ARE LIARS AND THIS PLACE HAVE DEMONS FOR SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS. IT DONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF IF YOUR CAUGHT UP ON YOUR PAYMENTS, YOU STILL GO INTO COLLECTIONS, THEY GOT A HARDSHIP PROGRAM THAT YOU CANNONT USE. SO HARD TO USE HARDSHIP. THEY ARE GREEY MINIONS THAT WORK FOR THE ****** THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PROGRAM PLEASE RUN FAST AS YOU CAN. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND NEVER LOOK THAT WAY.   I will never work with Byrider again! I just received a call from them and the guy says Hello *****. I say I think you have the wrong number. My name is ***** and he said,Is its not *********************?. ? I said,No, my name is *********************, so are you saying that they put the name ***** down as to label me a *****? He said, Let me look at the notes. *This verifies that they labeled me a *****!*He said, You have been a VIP for awhile nowI stopped him. I said,We will not be working with you guys ever again after we pay off car, especially since you think its professional to label customers as ****** in your notes and name call instead of using my real name! Then I hung up. ??????

  This carlot take advantage of folks! Not only did they give me a car with a very bad break booster, but they are very unprofessional! Theyre rude (especially the manager ******** or whatever her name is). They dont care that they are putting your life in great danger but will harass you for your carnote, even when youre on time for every carnote! This company NEEDS to be closed down! They are liers, manipulators and dont keep their word on anything! Also, not to mention I havent had the car one year yet and the engine went out, they offered to tow it but put it on my credit, after promising me it would not. I called to speak with them about this and once again, they lied, acted as if they didnt tell me anything ( I provided a name which was *****) but the manager ******** was very nasty! They have TERRIBLE customer service! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!! P.s they dont deserve the one star but thats the only way I could leave the review.

  I was in desperate need of a car I came in with full of questions as I should , test drove it , spoke on my concerns I was even honest and legit with ANYTHING they needed from me and they cheated me HARD ! its been less than 6 months since Ive had the car and its already been deemed unsafe to drive the frame is completely bad and was then that way when I got it it never came with a warning for anything theres no power in my left headlight, it stalled and wouldnt come on as of today , its stopped at stoplights, the suspension is bad, I pulled the vehicle report today it has 11 recalls , I did the diligence of reaching out to the attorney general office and supported documents I want my money back and this auto loan and car out of my name immediately! This is a horrible place and need to be shut down ASAP

  They sold me a lemon the car started having transmission issue and I had the warranty for it that I paid extra for and took it to them multiple time for it to be fixed and told me there was nothing wrong with it each time this place is a scam dont ever get a car from them!

  This place *****, they start calling and harassing for payment the morning that it is due. Void warranties without notice, will not fix vehicles, charge more than an auto shop if they do fix the issues that they already knew about when vehicle is sold to you. The list goes on and on.. . Do not buy from them! Its not worth all the hassle!
