1 starThis business, I believe went through a split or merger with Everything Breaks. They are equally responsible for the following review I left on Everything Breaks BBB profile, as well:I recommend no one buys this "Warranty" coverage for their vehicles.I am a repair facility that, in March, performed $4000 worth of repairs for a mutual customer. I was issued authorization number 8-1-0-7-8-7-6-9-8-9-2-1.I have sent emails since ****** MAY, JUNE--Then, I started calling. Requesting just a response to my open ticket.They refused to let me speak to a manager. They, simply, told me they couldn't pay it for two separate reasons.(1) His contract is cancelled now. -- His contract was active when they issued the Authorization Code. Then, they took 4 months to respond to me!(2) "Let me get more information on the claim, but there's nothing I can do--and the manager is going to tell you the same thing".My A+ and 4.5/5 ****** rated facility will no longer be accepting "warranty" coverage from this organization unless they fund me for outstanding, owed, payments.If you need to contact Everything Breaks to figure it out, then so be it. I recommended that last year, but it fell on deaf ears. Both Everything Breaks and Roadside Protect, Inc. ended up in a finger-pointing match, and kept directing me back and forth without resolution or any concern for making good business decisions.

We take our commitments to customers very seriously. In this case, the customer had a benefit up to a maximum $500 for this claim. We will honor that claim and pay it directly to the Meineke store. The relationship between Roadside Protect, Inc. and Everything Breaks has discontinued, and Roadside Protect no longer serves this business.
