      Date of service was July 19, 2025. We paid $1,295.The first trip was from **************************. *******, IL to ********************************************************************. During that ride it was raining, and the ceiling of the party bus was leaking water onto the bridal party. Once we arrived at ********************* at 1:45pm, we all got off the bus and did not return to the bus until roughly 3:45pm. During that time, the bus driver turned off the bus and did not attempt to turn it back on until we were all on the bus again. Due to his negligence to check the air conditioning we were stuck with a boiling hot bus on a 93-degree day driving an hour away to ********************************************************. We told the bus driver multiple times that we felt sick and faint. He told us that the ** broke and he cant do anything about it. Getting another bus to come was not offered to us at all. The bridal party had hair and makeup destroyed. The mens shirts were soaking wet, and a couple people went home due to sickness they felt on the bus. The driver did not attempt to find a resolution even after multiple complaints. The bus also did not include the red carpet, flower decoration, or just married sign, like it should have as per the contract. We contacted management and they offered us $195. We felt that was not fair compensation for what we endured so he offered $250 and a $250 voucher for another ride with them. We reluctantly agreed but still wrote our reviews so others can be aware. The owner has now threatened not to give money back until the reviews are taken down. He mentioned on a previous phone call that he pays $5 for good ****** reviews so he does not care if we write one. Admitting to scamming customers by buying good reviews. He is now denying ever saying it and threatening us by withholding money until we delete reviews. We are seeking a full refund. They ruined our hair & makeup, made us late because we had to salvage what we could, & ruined the mens shirts.

      We made multiple efforts to speak with this customer and address their complaint to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, instead of working toward a resolution, they began to harass and bully our company online and over the phone.
      We want to make it clear that the company acted appropriately. As with any vehicle, mechanical issues can occur unexpectedly in this case, the air conditioning system malfunctioned toward the end of their trip. As stated in our contract, we are not liable for mechanical issues that are beyond our control. All our buses are inspected after each weekend and again before being dispatched. At the time this vehicle left our facility, everything was fully operational, and no issues were present. The customer did not mention any leaks at the time, and this claim appears to be a later fabrication.
      We understand the frustration caused by the A/C failure during the final 45 minutes of the trip, which is why we offered a reimbursement for that portion of the time. Our manager made every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
      However, instead of cooperating, the customer chose to publicly defame our ********************** on social media and make false allegations including claims that we pay for positive reviews, which we categorically deny. Given the volume of orders we handle annually, our reputation is built on real customer experiences.
      We take harassment very seriously and will take legal action if necessary to protect our staff and the reputation of our business. All communications are recorded, and we are prepared to provide evidence should this escalate into a civil matter.
      We sincerely hope this situation can be resolved, but we cannot allow ongoing defamation or harassment to continue.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business has refused to give us any money back until we delete our negative reviews. As a consumer I have the full right to let other consumers know about my negative experience. Being threatened by a business who was in fault is disheartening. Everything I have stated is 100% true. The roof of the vehicle was leaking, but my main issue was the ** not working, which is why I did not feel necessary to bring it up before. There were several other issues, like the just married sign and red carpet also not being included, which was supposed to be included as per the contract. Management has not been helpful and has admitted he can buy positive reviews, even if he claims to deny it now. We have received no money back and there has been no resolution on the businesses part. He does not care about our negative experience.

      We understand that the customer experienced discomfort due to the air conditioning not functioning for approximately 45 minutes. As previously explained, the issue was mechanical in nature and, according to the terms outlined in the customer's service contract, such matters fall outside the scope of our responsibility.

      Nonetheless, we acted in good faith and made every reasonable effort to assist and resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, it appears that a mutually satisfactory resolution could not be reached. Unfortunately, the customer has since chosen to express their dissatisfaction publicly on social media rather than pursuing further constructive dialogue. the accusations about paying of review is completely lies I have recordings about this guy twisting words.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business has not attempted to come to a reasonable solution. He has not given any money back because we will not take down our reviews. Threatening to not give money back until we take down our reviews is bad business practice. The business did not attempt to find a solution on our wedding day after multiple complaints to the bus driver. He did not give us any other options and just said nothing I can do. Also, turning off the bus and not checking the air conditioning prior to us getting on the bus is not right. This is negligence.
