5 starsJ & K Home Improvement & Restoration did an excellent job installing our new roof and provided outstanding service. We researched three of the top-rated roofing companies in the northwest Chicago suburbs and chose J & K Home Improvement & Restoration based on their quality of work, their responsiveness to our questions, their competitive pricing, and the attractiveness of the shingles they offered. The installers were efficient, well-trained, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up the yard around the house both days they were here. They were also careful to work around the lightning rods that were already installed on our roof. We are happy with our new roof and found **** *** to be very pleasant to interact with and quick to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend ***** Home Improvement and Restoration and would definitely use them again. **** and **** *.

From our first meeting to discuss our roof replacement we felt confident in his ******************* He answered all our questions, guided us in our choices and was on site with his team throughout the process. 5 starsWe have a geodesis dome home. Our Sales person was **** who came out, measured and gave us a fair estimate within a week. After talking to many other roofers we felt most confident in J&K. We wanted a shake look without going wood and we picked the Presidential TL Shake. J&K suggested we go by a few homes with this roofing material that they had done and we loved what we saw and placed our order. **** stayed in contact with us every step of the way. The day of materials delivery went exactly as planned and the next day a crew came out. The lead man on the roofing crew was ******. He was without exaggeration a "roofing artist" and his crew was great and final clean up was excellent. We could not be more happier with the final result and we would refer J&K to everyone.J & K Home Improvement & Restoration

5 starsMike from J&K was our project manager. When he met us to get a quote we could tell he was honest, hard working and detailed. We had previously met with three other companies and J&K provided the best service and attention to details. Any issues were addressed quickly and any items left open were completed before last payment. Many neighbors complemented the workmanship and actually asked for work to be done by them, too.
