    Bought lawn mower. I have to get a very strong man to start it and it runs like c*** But only for 3x of use. The plastic wheel broke and there is no customer service. They have phone # but no answer and no replies on email. I had been trying for 6mo. Under warranty still. This company has to be shut down.

    I purchased a power smart self propel lawnmower in July 2023 used maybe 3 times and in sept 2023 the self propel stopped working Ive been trying to contact powersmart to talk to a live person to get the problem fixed and had no luck Ive been in communication via email only with what appears to be an automated system Ive submitted my phone number via email for someone to call me back and Im still waiting I need the repairs done asap because my grass grows pretty quick I spent my hard earned money on what I thought was going to be a good mower that Ill be able to use for the upkeep of my yard please help

    Bought a battery operated chainsaw from them. Used it one time and it started leaking oil through the casing seam. Contacted them through Amazon messenger, they wanted to send replacement parts. Next they said say they don't make refunds, then they told us to send it back for a replacement at my expense. They don't answer or return phone calls and don't answer emails. The product is garbage, don't know why they haven't been shut down,

    I bought a mower online. Does not work. They do not respond to my emails. Do not answer phone calls. I guess I'm out $550???? Do NOT buy from this company

    Power smart lawn mower is a piece of c*** Bought a 190 cc 21 cut. The rear drive wheel broke after less than 5 months use. Probably used it less than 10 times as it has been quite dry. Cant find a replacement wheel even on their website. Plastic wheels will not hold up. Cant reach their customer service, just get put on hold for hours. They will not respond to emails. I guess you get what you pay for. Should have known better!

    i have purchase a powersmart lawnmower from ******* about 6 months ago both of my lower handle broke i tried contacting d company about my warranty that was still active thru phone&email finally got a respond bk after almost a month thru email they phone number dont work @all it just hang up everytime i call.wen i was emailing *** she claims she will make sure my parts get sent after i sent her my receipt&pictures of my parts i needed it been over a month and i still havent heard from them..the worse company i ever spent my money with very unprofessional

    Powersmart's customer service is non existent. I have ordered parts and have not received them. Nor do I have any information on when or if it has shipped. Send me my parts or I will seek legal representation.

    The worse company I have ever dealt with, zero customer service. I purchased a ********************** lawn mower in May 2022. After little more than a year the from wheel height lever broke and Im unable to use it anymore. I have tried contacting them both by email and telephone to no avail.
