    This company has issue with customer service and answering their phone. 2 days ago I held on hold for an hour to be told 8 people ahead of me hold for next available AGENT or press star at anytime to leave message. At end of my call I DID NOT get an AGENT. When it was my turn it went straight to leave your message. I did leave message repeating my name and number for call back twice, at beginning and at end of my message. Never called me back. I called again today and to my amazement, I did get an agent. He told me my part is out of stock, (serpentine belt 6" diameter 5/8" width) for my power smart self propelled mower. He said refunding my $24.20 that they took nine days ago. 3-5 business says for refund. I said that that does nothing at all to fix my broken mower.Response gave me dimensions said shop around local This is unacceptable for manufacturer. They should not be allowed to sell there product. And ******** for affiliating with such business should be reprimanded as ******* NOT BUY POWER SMART. Any thing is my advise.

    0 stars. Ive had the lawn mower less than a year. Weve used it about 4 times, it still looks new, but it wont start up. Ive been trying to get in contact with this company for months. They have you on hold and then when its your turn in line they hang up or send you to a directory. Its very exhausting. I want my money back because after reading these reviews this company is clearly scamming the public with their cheap products and services.

    I purchased a battery powered lawn mower and it was advertised that (2) batteries were included with the purchase. Upon receiving my order only (1) battery was included. I immediately started attempting contact this company to correct this issue. I spoke with a representative and was assured that an additional battery was being shipped to me at no charge to correct this issue. I have not received my battery. I have contacted this company numerous times about my issue (3) times. Last week (Thursday - July 26) I contacted the company again and I spoke with a representative and was told that my order would be taken care. I was assured that I would receive a confirmation email on Thursday and no later than Friday regarding the shipment of my battery. I have not received any email from Powersmart. I have called several times this week and have been on hold for a minimum of 35 plus minutes each time in a calling cue waiting to speak with a representative. When it comes my turn to speak with a representative the phone rings and I am told to leave a message. I would like assistance in receiving my second battery as advertised when I purchased this lawnmower.

    I bought a self propelled mower , it worked ok for the first mow, then was a nightmare to start the second and third time , on the fourth attempt to mow the grass the mower would start but the blades would not. i tried several times to reach the company with no luck I kept getting a voicemail and no returned call. I made a complaint with the BBB and got a phone call from *************************** who is the customer service Manager with ********/ ********************** , she emailed after conversation and asked for my receipt and mailing address ect , so I gave all that info that she requested and she sent an email back saying i was getting a full refund and i should receive it with 25 to 30 business days ....Well its been Over 60 days and still no check and no response to my multiple emails and calls. So this company is a complete fraud and a joke and needs to be shut down for multiple reasons.

    I have been trying to get a customer service rep on the line spending countless hours on hold .also leaving message never receiving a return call I will justice to resolve my issues of a replacement of the item yet no one ever responded bake to me

    Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was completely scammed out of 477 dollars as i purchased a generator, wanted to return it, was told where to send it for a refund, after it was delivered, was told there was NO RECORD OF SALE AND REFUSED A REFUND. NOW I HAVE NO PRODUCT OR REFUND. This is absolutely criminal, probably going to hire a lawyer *** this garbage company into oblivion. Not that they would respond to anything anyway.

    Ordered a wood chipper from Amazon that lasted less than 2 months. I have tried to contact them several times and no response from the company. **************** is non existent and based on the other reviews I am not alone. Why can't something be done with companies that refuse to honor their warranty and respond to complaints.

    Received weed eater parts that are not compatible with the model described on company website. Can not reach customer service by phone. Contact page emails go unanswered. The support email address is useless due to the mailbox being full. This company needs to be held accountable for its fraudulent business practices.

    I've tried numerous times to contact this company through phone and email about ordering a replacement part for an item they make. I can never get through and it's been over two weeks and no one has responded. I just want to order my part
