This company will annoy the **** out of you but when you call back to speak with someone all you get are endless voicemail boxes. Apparently ************************* is the only person that works there and she cant return a call. If I could give this company negative stars I would.Review from Roger S

I get a call from ********************* every month saying I owe a bill to ****** financial group for a business owners policy. Which I have never carried any insurance.I am a sole proprietorship and only me. I carry no insurance and owe no money on my business. This is nothing but a scam,Review from Chad S

I received a debt collection letter from this company for a well-known financial investment company (which I have no account or business affiliation with) called ********************** They claim they have communicated with me multiple times, blah blah blah.... and that they will have to add additional penalties if noncompliant within 48 hours, etc etc...As mentioned above, i have no account with the above financial company. This is a SCAM. And i will not respond to this agency. I suggest the same to everyone else.Review from Ronda M

I have received 2 notices from Brown & Joseph regarding money I supposedly owe The Hartford. I switched insurance in June 2023 due to moving to a different state. I was required to pay ******** upfront for all my insurance and in speaking with a representative was told I would be due a refund. Now this company is telling me I owe $ ***** in collections. I tried to email them, but they do not have an email address. I called their office number, and they told me I would have to mail in my response or fax it to them. I do not see a fax number either. I don't owe The Hartford any money. This company needs to stop.Review from Lamieka P

Fraudulent company.... Very unprofessional reps. I called on a letter I received regarding an accident that occurred which I had no parts in 1st off and 2nd when the vehicle was presented to me I did not even nor ever own that vehicle. I tried to collect information such as vin # location of incident etc. and the reps will not provide me with anything. As a matter of fact, they stated they did not have no info besides my name and address but would research. Please do not fall for this scam and send any form of payment to this company. I have filed a lawsuit as well as emailed the attorney general in reference to this company.Review from Leslie G

Very bad ***************** Please dont use this company for any kind of service. They try to steal people money. Its a scam company. They threatened you. Some lady over there are very unprofessional.

I received a notice from Brown & Joseph, LLC regarding a payment for $9,800 that they are trying to receive for the Company ******************************************** First of all I do not owe anybody or anything regarding this company and what they are requesting the claim from progressive insurance, even though I have never used progressive insurance in my life. Not to mention that the date of the letter was 11 business days, which it doesn't take that long to get the letter..... Also, why would a company pay another company to assist them with recouping $9,800??? I am hoping that there is not unethical business being done by this company. If so, I will be contacting various sources to address this. They are ****** up.Review from Mellissa B

I received a notice from Brown & Joseph, LLC regarding a payment for $28.03 that they are trying to receive for the Company ******************************************** First of all I do not know anything regarding the company and what they are requesting the monies for. Also, why would a company pay another company to assist them with recouping $28.03??? I am hoping that there is not unethical business being done by this company.
