    Following a very confusing scheduling process, on June 26, 2025, a technician from Municipal Backflow inspected and passed the annual backflow inspection test at my residence. A courteous suggestion was then made to the company and to no other entity, that their computerized process was confusing and required an unusually long wait for service on the given date. This resulted in two calls from the office, with the caller not identifying herself or refusing to reveal the name of the owner or official. Then came aggressive emails; "You are fired" and "we will never do business with you again". Even worse is that they deliberately failed to report the PASS test to the City of ********. This resulted in a letter from the City of ******** with notice that compliance was required. (The City of ******** was informed of the situation.) Municipal Backflow also did not bill for the visit and then, it is alleged, issued a report which reduced by **** score from VERY GOOD to GOOD. They must agree to cease and desist from a continuing campaign of intimidation.

    See complaint #********, as this is the same person making the same complaint from a different angle, proving the same response here see below... 

    "It has been brought to my attention that this customer has had a stroke, perhaps before, or after not sure, but he broke our terms of service by being rude and disrespectful to the technician, the office staff and myself therefore was fired before payment was made. I dont know how to help this individual so we parted ways".
