not exercise that you can do on your own, though. During your MAT™ Session,
your Specialist will test multiple ranges of motions and muscles for stability.
If unstable, the Specialist will act to restore the stability. Common results
are that of increased strength and improved freedom of mobility. At Ruffolo
Institute, we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of MAT ™ services
