*********************** is a piece of work...a great one. We exchanged fun repartee from our initial phone contact and throughout the full process of door design, shipping, and follow-up after installation. The double entry door design to my home is of special significance to me as it represents me on one side and a life-long friend on the other. We were doors in each others lives and this entry reminds me of that daily. Excellent customer service in helping us chose the ******************** design and type to help us keep our costs down. The windows and the slider arrived as promised and without damage. The packaging for protection was impressive. After the windows were installed our annual budget on our power bill has dropped by 24%. We love our new windows because they are beautiful, functional and the energy efficiency. Their recommendation to bring in our installer to double check our sizes was so important as our windows were not a common size and needed to be custom made to fit properly. Outstanding customer service. it's been a very long time that I have dealt with a company that is so service orientated. I had a continual problem with Pella on hardware for my French doors. They continually went to bat for me and finally after 3 attempts they were finally able to get the correct hardware. Very understanding and compassionate with my frustration. highly recommend them.Review from Stacy J

My wife and I worked with this company on a partial home renovation project involving windows and doors. Though we underwent many revisions regarding measurements and design, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient through the whole process. Contact with them is always timely and very informative, often saving us money through thoughtful modification recommendations that still supported our design goal. They've made the whole process easy, though we, the homeowners, inadvertently did everything we could to complicated it. As we move forward with other projects, if they are with Advanced Window and Door's scope, we'll gladly continue to work with them.
