            I went to Buona Beef located at 3754 W Touhy Ave, Skokie, IL 60076 on May 21, 2021 with my children. Their register wasn't working well so they asked me to put my credit card again, in which I did. Now, there are 2 charges of 28.16 on my bank account. I went to the store and spoke with a Manager named Sendy and she said, she'll take care of it (in which she didn't), I emailed them two items and included my bank statement that I was charged doubled amount and still no answer. I don't know what else I should do. This is a horrible customer service and I cannot believe that a restaurant with a big name cannot give me my money back that they made a mistake on. I need your help please!!!!!!!!!!!
