    Devika and the therapists are very nice and wonderful to work with but billing is a disaster. My son is a patient there and whenever I pay the bill that I only get a week to pay from the date the invoice is emailed to me I have to call because I get emails saying "your bill is due today please pay or you will not be able to have your next appointment." BUT I have already paid; EVERY time lately I have to explain that the payment is from ME the adult not my son the child. They accept Zelle payments and I put my child's name and the invoice number in the memo they still never associate it with his account until I call and then they ask "could the payment be under your name" duh he is a child how could he pay. Then today May 2 2025, I had received the usual, your bill is due today you better pay email but the amount CHANGE!!! They added another date of service to a bill that was already paid and sent out a week ago and was DUE TODAY. Then when I called to question they played the run around and hung up on me 3 times blaming a "bad connection." Finally at 5:39 pm I called back again and was told the billing manger was "busy" and would call back; I said no I will wait knowing they close at 6; they waited till 6 ON THE DOT to transfer me and not to the correct person. Billing is an absolute nightmare and for this reason we are contemplating leaving but my son loves his doctors.
