      I got on the site (not the first time) and needed a part for a kenmore freezer. My fan motor went out. I found the part and seen the price of $43.61 + tax so $60.59. I got on a chat with a rep just to verify that I had the correct part. He/she confirmed that yes I had the correct part and was going to initiate the purchase for me. I was like "ok" less hassle maybe. O no. He quoted me the price of $126.?? total! Now remember, I am looking at the part and price as I am chatting with the rep! So i confronted him and told him I was looking at the price and I would just order myself! he said " please hold". he then came back with a price of $59.?? a $66 difference! So then I was mad. I told him i didn't trust him and I thought he was skimming money off my purchase. I ended the chat and requested a review of the chat transcript and requested a follow-up. Im beyond upset! I wish I knew how to ensure they aren't doing this to others!!

      Horrible!Paid for a service call on a washer.Service tech said he had to order parts.Sears said that they couldn't find parts and I should recieve a replacement clothes washer or a refund.Recieved neither.Continuously calling and getting pushed to one operator to another.I pay monthly for a warranty.They are never late hitting my bank account for the membership fees!

      If I could leave a lower rating, I would I ordered parts on January 10. They were so poised to arrive on the 17th. Its February 22 and still no parts. I cant talk to a person and they keep sending me texts that they are arriving on January 17th. Unbelievable.

      Absolutely the worst company to do business with. They don't show up. You absolutely can't talk to a representative, only an automated system that hangs up on you. Didn't fix the problem on the first visit, or the second, after a 3 week wait for parts and an appointment. Then didn't show up twice! And scheduled another appointment a week later!I think "Not BBB Accredited" says it all... Use another service if you can find one!

      To whom it may concern,My husband and I contacted Sears **** services to have our fridge repaired. There was a strange error on our fridge and it was making odd sounds.A repairman shown up on 1/3/24 and ordered the wrong part. The part arrived a few days later, and another repairman shown up on 1/13/24 and took our fridge apart and back together for no reason and determined that we had the wrong part ordered. We were charged. I called demanding a refund, and I was not given a receipt or confirmation number with the refund amount. I was told I would be expecting a refund in 14 days, which isn't even the correct $ amount.I could have just bought a new fridge. I feel like I am a victim of Fraud by Sears home services, I expect a refund of the correct amount by this tuesday, 1/16.Spoke with ********** at Repair care services was transferred to a supervisor, ******* who did not help.unit # ******* ******** service order #

      DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH SEARS PARTSDIRECT!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and BUSSINESS ETHIC EVER.............!!!!! Husband and I ordered a Motherboard for our oven, and we were totally duped. Sears Partsdirect 100% confirmed to us that they had the Motherboard in stock and specifically stated they had in hand to be shipped (speaking to a real person on the phone)! Sears Partsdirect TOOK our Money and 100% blatantly lied to us!! NOTHING in stock don't have it at ALL, and just wanted our money. We received 100% confirmation that after ordering the product on Jan 5th we would receive the product, Jan 10th. ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATE EVER GIVEN, ********** taken....... I would HIGHLY recommend you take your money elsewhere, and I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know to NEVER USE SEARS PARTSDIRECT inadequate service's.

      TERRIBLE communication and follow through. The give you an 8a to 5p window, and keep moving the arrival time throughout the day, until they run out of time. No-showed me twice in two days. NO WAY to contact anyone locally. TERRIBLE experience.

      Sears Home Warranty is a horrible company. They do not do what they say they will do. My refrigerator broke and after waiting three weeks they didn't show up for the appointment and didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming. They made an appointment for 9 days later. That would have put me at five weeks without a working refrigerator. And how would I know if they would even show up then? Or if the parts they ordered for it would even work? It took me hours of trying to get a real person who would help me. The plan says they will replace a unit if they can't fix it. Well, if a technician doesn't show up to fix it, that isn't fixed, so I feel it should have been replaced. The best they would do for me is give me $610 and the new refrigerator I had to buy cost $3700. This is a sham company. They shouldn't be allowed to continue ripping customers off this way.I gave one star because you have to do at least one. They don't even deserve that.

      Was promised delivery by 12/07/23. The item didn't even ship yet! Can't even talk to a real person. There is NO customer service! I can't even cancel the order. Do not deal with Sears!
