    I recently bought a blood pressure monitor on 9/10/25 and used it literally a couple times and kept it stored in the box on a shelf and I come back 40 days later to use it and it would not turn on. Tried to return it for another one but it was just a few days outside of the Amazon 30 day return window. I call Omron to get a ***lacement and not only do they tell me it takes 10 days to process a ***lacement but that the **** that handles shipping is backlogged with no answer as to when my ***lacement would be shipped! I told the Omron *** that this is for medical use and not something a person can wait weeks on end to receive! After the second call to check on tracking updates I told them I would like a money back so that I could go to the store to buy another one and the *** tells me because they dont have a sales **** they cant issue a refund! What?!?It is now 2 weeks later and I still have no blood pressure monitor or any followup from Omron on when I will receive one. Obviously I cannot wait weeks for this company to get their act together so now I have to go out and spend money to buy another one to use while I wait endlessly for my ***lacement which may never come. I cant afford to keep buying multiple devices and all I want is my money back and I want it back in a ****** manner! I will have spent money twice on this thing and all they can tell me is their working on it! Omron is knowingly selling defective products and they need to be held accountable. They are selling defective products and not allowing customers to get refunds on them. There are a great number of complaints about the quality of this companys products and I cannot for the life of me understand why they are still in business! I made my purchase through ****** and will be putting in a formal complaint there as well because they also do not give customers any recourse for the many defective products they are selling by Omron.

    I was sold a defective blood pressure monitor. Omron has agreed to send me a replacement as of 9/25/25 which they have not done. I keep getting the run around by Omron and still I dont have the replacement blood pressure monitor. My doctor says this is dangerously serious because Im supposed to measure my blood pressure before taking medication. Omron has not complied with their promise to replace my blood pressure monitor.
