              I called for carpet cleaning service on 10/13 and was very specific about 2couches ans 1 small 10x10 floor of carpet. I said i would not be there and i dod not want the price to change i was quoted a final total peice with coupon of 249 total and when they arrived they told my son it was quoted wrong- charged him almost $500 and the worst thing was that the carpet is still stained and mu expensive couch is now chemical spot on it and NOT cleaned and the sectional smells worse than before with still stains! I have pictures - its awful - total waste of money!! Tech was only at my house for 20 min total. I called on Friday right after he left after my husband said how awful it looked and smelled - o was told i would get call back from owners - Saturday after no return call i called again, i called Sunday and again Monday - still no return call. The pictures are the after supposed cleaned areas after it was dry terrible!

              You can read the other statements, we had the exact same experience. **** showed up, acted intimidating, unprofessional and did not do his job. We know because we had simultaneously hired another franchise for the home we moved out of and saw what the real process and results are supposed to be. The carpets were not clean, in fact worse in some areas. We tried calling, could not get a response, call center offers literally no help at all, had people scheduled for our free redo that did not show up, they tried to send **** out again and we refused to have him back in our home since he made my wife so uncomfortable with his behavior. We were quoted around $300 and ended up paying over $600 and never even got clean carpets. I wish I had checked here first. zero stars
