5 starsI have been leasing cars with Muller Volkswagen for the past seven years. I'm now on my third lease.The service representatives are great. They work together as a team, and always make one feel as though they have the customer's best interest in mind. They take their time to listen, then work together to give the customer a fair price.***** ******* helped me with my first and second lease. He is very knowledgable and professional, and now manages. ***** ****** is the sales representative who helped me this time. He is very thorough, knowledgable and is great at following up. He and ***** work as a *******'s very reassuring to see familiar faces and to know that *****, ***** and the other members of the team are always there.Even though I don't live as close to Muller as I used to, I still go there because I trust them.Thanks for your fine service! The process was painless, costs upfront, no hidden fees, very good people. ***** and **** were very helpful during the buying process. ***** was great explaining all the finance options and warranty. 5 starsA big shout out to ****** at Muller Subaru - we ran into some unfortunate engine issues and ****** went above and beyond to assist. He assured me the night before on the phone that he would take care of me and he did. We ended up trading in the old car and walked out with a new car in 90 minutes. A giant weight lifted off of me. 5 starsAfter a long day of negotiating with Subaru dealers, ***************** deserves credit for bringing me into the dealership with the assurance that he could accommodate my budget and trade-in requirements for the Forester model I was interested in, along with the necessary features.Despite arriving at the dealership moments before closing time, the team expedited the sales process commendably. ***************************, the star of this sale, generously gave his dinner to a colleague and stayed with me until every detail was finalized. Concurrently, while **** from the finance department finalized my purchase, ****** diligently transferred the contents of my trade-in to the new Forester and set the new car up, ensuring a seamless transition. He then introduced me to the new vehicle, highlighting several important features before concluding for the evening.As the dealership was closing, ***********************************, who had been contributing behind the scenes, was finalizing the evening's duties. Unexpectedly, an issue arose, and ********* came out to assist me in the rain. As the rain intensified, he joined me in the car to continue his assistance until the issue was resolved, allowing me to begin my journey.I strongly recommend Muller Subaru. They're just big enough to be able to provide great deals but small enough to be a family business that cares about its customers. 1 starI bought a car from them, and after a year and less than 10k miles on it, I got an issue with one of the tires being defective, I went to them and they told me they weren't doing anything about it, One of the girls told me I could do or say whatever I wanted but they weren't doing a thing. Just be aware, that they are only friendly before you purchase their cars, after that, they don't care at all.Muller Subaru Volkswagen
