    I found Seven Electrical Solutions on the Thumbtack App. since allegedly they vet their contractors. Initially, I was speaking to **** & then ******** start communicating through the app. I selected this electrician because their service fee was $75 instead of $200; also, they deduct the service fee from the work that's performed if hired. We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday so that he could see the work that needed to be performed. The work included replacing a flood/motion light in the backyard, replacing a flourescent fixture in the basement closet and troubleshooting a ceiling fan in the dining room. At the initial visit, ******** only had time to address the dining room ceiling fan and went to ********** to purchase another switch; that only partially addressed the issue. He charged $80 for the partial *********** rescheduled for the following Monday since I was on vacation. He required me to Zelle the money to a ************************* which he identified as his wife; I did so. On Monday, he advised that he would have to see exactly what was going on before quoting a price. I left him in the basement and hours later, he had removed the fluorescent fixture and installed the new fixture. He called me downstairs to see the installed fixture and then went outside to work on the motion detector; he also did some handyman faulty repairs to my backdoor. That day, he charged $380 & again ask that I Zelle money to *************************; I did. When I went back into the basement hours later, I discovered the installed fixture was not connected to the wall switch. Immediately, I called him back and he advised that I should have told him about the wall switch. I found his response odd, but, he returned that night to fix the issue. Unfortunately, he disconnected the fixture so that the light would turn off and said that he would return the next day. The next day, he stopped by and advised that he was going to ********** & after hours he never returned & blocked my #.
