    Beware !!!!!!!! We had Mason Tree Service come by to give us an estimate to remove a tree on 06/02/2025 their flyer said they were BBB accredited A+ they gave us an estimate on that date that we found out two days later was five times the cost of another local company we called them back two days later and canceled after the second estimate (IL has law you can cancel up to three days after signing) they want us to pay 15% of estimate to cancel we were never informed of this clause prior to this. Scam!!!!!

    We had Mason Tree Service come by on March 24th and give us a bid on removing a tree in are front yard. We have decided that right now was not a good time financially. After calling and canceling with them on March 31 they inform us that there is a cancellation fee of 15% of the cost. We were never informed of this. We were given no paper work or copy of what was to be done. At the same time are neighbor was also given a bid .And they to have now decided not to go forward with their work. They tell both of us that we owe this money. And that not paid will a-cure additional fees. They also state in their brochure that they are BBB Accredited and a A+ Rating.

Mason Tree Service is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
