            Intelligent Services **** was assigned the service repair order for my Oven repair. From the start we received erroneous information from them. My oven needs an ignitor. A simple if tedious repair. We were told that it was a special part that needed to be ordered and that it might take some time to receive it. Conversely the technician that came out said that the part was available and they should be able to return by the end of the week to repair it. To date, though I have reached out multiple times to the company, I have not heard back about the repair. The initial call was done on January 4th. I received a date to repair it, at which time I told them it needed an ignitor. They are not replying to the **************** either. Their website claims that they provide same day service and I find this completely ludicrous. They can't reply to phone messages left over a four day period, let alone come out the same day.
