      THIS COMPANY ***** AND HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE MY PACKAGE LEFT OUT OF IL TO ARRIVE IN ******** BUT SOMEHOW ENDED UP IN ***** FOR OVER SIX DAYS JUST SITTING AND THEN THE *** LIED ABOUT WHO HAD POSSESION OF MY PACKAGE. EVERYONE IN THIS BUSINESS SHOULD CARE MORE ABOUT THE SMELL OF ROTTEN FLESH WHEN THIS LIFE IS OVER. GOD DESPISES LIARS AND TO DO IT FOR SOMETHING SO ***** IS WILD. OSM GET OUT OF THE WAY WE DON'T NEED EXTRA FOLKS DELAYING OUR PACKAGES. I ONLY LEFT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO OTHERWISE -100 STARS FOR ME

      Bad experience with this company consistently. Anytime a company uses this shipping partner, my shipping status is stuck on "departed OSM facility" for days, or longer without updates. Company offers no insight into why packages are delayed.

      Would like to give 0 stars if i could.This had been a terrible experience. *** has had my package (last scanned by them) for a week now. **** is still waiti g to receive the item from OSM. I contacted OSM and they are blaming **** and telling me to contact the sender for refund. The poor seller on **** has to refund because of *** i competence? Terrible non existent customer service as well. *** how they are still in business. Hundreds of this same complaint online.I have so far reported to the ************************ and ***************************. And am now writing reviews everywhere I can. *** should be investigated and shut down.

      I've ordered around 10 used books in the last 6 months online from ****. Of those, 3 were shipped with **** using OSM as a partner. Two of those shipments never arrived- the tracking never updated for 2 weeks before I reached out to the seller who had to give me a refund. The one I actually received took 3 weeks to arrive to ************ from ********, ** (a 4 hr drive). Shipments that do not use OSM do not have problems. Odd how that works. They are either criminally incompetent, careless, and reckless, or just criminal.

      This c*** company has had my package in limbo for 7 days now can't get into with anyone about getting my package moving should be a crime to hold people's mail

      Worst postal service ever. My package sat for a week with no updates, I sent OSM a email and 2 hours later my package magically started moving through the system. Now almost a week after my email to OSM **** has still yet to receive my package, The pack is being shipped from ********* to ********. I could have driven there and back about 8 times by now. Also the updated provided don't get registered into the system until a day later, on top of that for some unknown reason my package made a stop in ******* DO NOT USE OSM WORLDWIDE, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST PS BBB mandates that you leave a star rating and the lowest you can enter is 1 star, and they deserve zero stars

      NOW it's all coming back to me! What's just happened with an **** purchase happened once before (with a different **** merchant) . . . but since sellers don't disclose the shippers they use, we can't avoid making the same mistakes. Like the earlier seller, this one uses OSM Worldwide, a shipper that "partners" with ***** And, as before, it's taking OSM forever to get my small, inexpensive item into the hands of ***** I ordered on April 23rd. **** tracking site, per **** tracking number provided by seller, shows item picked up by OSM the next day. Here we are, 11 days later, and there's been no update at all to the tracking information. (Item not yet given to ****; item is still sitting who-knows-where.)I'm also giving a poor review to this merchant, for using OSM. I doubt that sellers bother to read reviews of shippers, before picking the cheapest one . . . but if this seller, or any other, had bothered to look into OSM -- or cared about the many poor reviews THEY'VE gotten because they use OSM -- they would see the easy-to-find tons of negative OSM reviews on ******* Trustpilot, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau (all of which cite the very same issues).FYI, parent company of OSM is One Stop Mailing, LLC.

      My package has been in their facility in ******* like an hour away from my home for over 16 HOURS! Its not even at **** yet, and its taking 7 days to come from ny, IT SPENT 5 DAYS ARRIVING AT THE FACILITY IN PA.
