I ordered two "New Mineral Crystal Coffee Mugs" on November 17th for a total of $61.78. When the mugs arrived, I was extremely disappointed because they are literally spray painted acrylic. When the order finally arrived (December 14th) I put in a request for a return with a full refund. The order receipt states that "If you're not satisfied with our product, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked." On December 17th, they replied with:
We understand that maybe you are dissatisfied with the order, to assist us in resolving this matter, could you kindly share some photos/short videos of the product that you believe has a problem as follows?
    1. Clear pictures and a video of all the items received.
    2. A clear picture with the tracking number.
    3. A clear picture with the SKU number shown under the bar code on the package.
I did everything they asked with pictures, video, etc. and requested (again) a return with a full refund. On December 18th, they responded with:
We understand that the product you received may not fully align with your expectations based on our website's description. However, we believe that it still possesses value and functionality. To compensate for the discrepancy, we would like to offer you a 20% refund for the product.
I replied (again) that I want to return the products for a full refund. On December 19th they responded with:
I've noted that you declined the compensation solution offered before. In light of the situation, we would like to propose an alternative solution to address your concerns. We can offer you one of the following options:
    1. No returning the item, and refunding 40% of the amount of the product.
    2. Paying the fees to return the item and refund all your payments.
I (again) stated I want to return the items for a full refund. On the 20th they responded with:
The highest refund we can provide is 60%, please let us know whether you want a 60% refund or insist on the return.
    What can I do?
