My car was originally taken in for services for an engine problem. So engine was replaced about $5500.Once we got the car back, within a week the car had a problem, we took it back, we were told it was the boost solenoid.We asked ***** the owner and the one who worked in the car Why the engine was showing up again when we had just had a new engine put in. It turned out that the engine was bad and he wanted us to pay him to NOW install another engine. So he wanted to charge us $1600 for labor to install a better engine which he was supposed to have done in the first place. The car was left with him. I took 2 weeks looking for money to pay him but I felt that this was wrong because why should I be recharged for a mistake that he had done but putting in a bad engine. I went to *********** training boot camp and have returned. In the weeks I was gone I never received a call, mail or email from the business. Which he was the one who assured me my vehicle would be safe left on his property. I returned to the business 12/19/22 and the car is nowhere to be found. And as of now I am still paying on the engine $300 a month and my credit score is going negative. Can you help me resolve this problem ? Thank you
