I purchased laser session for ****** for 8 and during was receiving 8 free ones past of the plan I purchased. On Jan 2 I was doing a session with the all over laser. My right arm cuff was getting too hot. The cuff had mal function and over heated n 2nd degree burned my arm. I called out for staff and 4minutes near the 30 minutes session a staff appeared. Immediately she asked did I want her to turn it down I said no take my arm out she did and threw the cuff on the floor. Later she returned after the 4 minutes to apologize and take all cuffs off. My arm was hurting didnt think it was that bad. After each session the next step is too shake on this machine for 10 minutes I did. The staff apologize and said that never happened before and would add an extra session due to what happened. The next day blisters were all over my right arm. I contact this business was told by the staff they had ordered another cuff. I told the staff about how my arm was looking which wasnt good. I told her I was going to reach out to my primary doctor and I did. I was told by my primary to go to an ****** care. I did Well now ****** care. I have 2nd degree ***** and was given a prescription of 10 day antibiotics. Afterward if things didnt get better to see my primary. I was told by the staff member at Advanced to use some Aquaphor cream on my injuries. The staff mention this had happened before. I have reached out again to see how they can help. I was offered all other packages that are available but not interest. At this point I would like for this company to refund me for the package.
