I sold my house in November of this past year (2021,) thanks in huge part to the efforts and hard work of *********** ******** and his team at Grandview Reality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Grandview. I had a one of a kind, difficult to sell house. Agents I interviewed before choosing Grandview seemed either not too eager to put an effort into selling or were all too eager to underprice the house and make a quick sale. Not the case with Grandview. *********** and his team genuinely enjoyed and appreciated my one of a kind house, with large acreage. Not only were my agents knowledgeable about the mechanics and design of the house, they were patient and perseverant, employing various sales tactics. Additionally, I had an absolutely amazing video of the house which really advertised its one of a kind features and amazing architectural structure. When my house went into pending sale status, Grandview helped not only negotiate an advantageous price for me as a seller, but also helped see the house through necessary inspections and repairs. Additionally, they were very reasonable in terms of commission, asking a full percentage price lower than traditional values. Communication was exceptional, no matter how late in the day it was—phone calls were answered and texts replied to promptly. Importantly, I felt Grandview’s interest in my satisfaction were exemplary; they truly had my best interests at heart. I cannot recommend the team at Grandview enough!! As a seller, if you want a team who is willing to put the time and effort into really knowing your house, especially if you have a difficult house to sell, Grandview Reality is the company to use!! I have no doubt Grandview takes equal interest in negotiating a best price for buyers as well. I will certainly be happy to work with Grandview when that time comes. Communication was extremely satisfying with all members of the team, including team members working in the back office, who played an essential role in the sale.
