    One of our friends recommended this company we ordered before our cruise and got next morning delivery we paid extra for it was not here the next morning before we had to leave we had a neighbor watch which is very responsible neighbor we just got back checked our cameras and we did not receive the package from this company I have contacted them with no help and they do not seem to concerned that a lot of money was spent and more or less all you get is a oh well like I had told them we still wanted the lotions we were not asking for a refund we were asking for replace the lotions and all we got was attitude and an oh well more or less

    Mr. ****** ordered some materials from Tan for Less. The sales ticket amounted to 221.29. He wanted it shipped overnight, which was accommodated. He did not ask for signature required service. It was shipped the same day, 7/2/24. It arrived in Knoxville, TN the next day and was delivered at 10:03 AM. *** ** tracking number ************ and there was a photograph of the delivery. Mr. ****** left for a cruise on 7/3/24 and advised the neighbor to keep an eye open for the package. I don't know what happened. The neighbor said he never got it, but we have proof that it was delivered, and I think Mr. ****** ought to check on his neighbor. I don't know what more I could do to ensure a a package could get there. Mr. ****** has been blasting me everywhere from ******** to the BBB. I am not in the habit of shipping out another $220 of products. ***** is not culpable, so I guess Mr. ****** is just wanting a free gift. Our order number on the package was ******. I think it's an inappropriate request as package was delivered with photographic proof.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    The owner is a scammer we have cameras and  proof it was not left at our door step and we watched the cameras all day and then owner doesn't know what time we left that day so then he promises to send my order ,which he doesn't then hes belittling because we live in tn and ordered designer skin and then said he would ship us some of his lotion he gets free ,cheap lotion we said no we want what we paid for I do have screenshot of these convo and I have recored messages he sent me and we have done a few videos telling people and warning them about this company and my wife has a ton of her customers that are going to spread the word also  and for my neighbor watching I trust them ?? because we always watch out for each other's packages and it's my landlord  so they have always got our packages if we are gone and we have got there's so we will continue to spread the word and show proof until we get what we paid for and our local new has contacted me for a interview because of the downgrading and they have a few others that's complained.

    Sold fake ***** lotion. Customer service rep states it is authentic lotion… a play of words… yes it is lotion but NOT *****.

    This is a fake product   The contents in this bottle is not the real ***** line. This packaging is not *****. This is a total scam.

    Business is refusing to solve this issue through a refund. Stating that the lotion is authentic. I received an email from manufacturer and was told this business is not authorized to sell their products.

    I ordered roughly $180 worth of lotion from this business. First of all they told me they sent my package out on Saturday and then on Monday and employee called me told me that one of my lotions was out upon receiving my lotions five of the bottles felt very light to the touch like they were not very full. The tops were only kept on buy some scotch tape. I screwed the lids in a bun looking in the bottles you could see that they were only halfway full. I attempted to email and write the business to which I got no response so I called them. I’m calling them. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Craig who not even 30 seconds into the conversation tried telling me he was looking at the bottles that I had ordered, and that they all were full. I tried to explain to him yet again that they were not full. The bottles that I had received that they were halfway empty. He told me that there was no way I could tell if they were halfway empty that bottles are not filled to the top. I told him I understood that but when somebody pays for something you still expect to get quality products and not be cutting corners I told him that I looked at the bottles, even shined a flashlight in them and you could see that they were not even barely halfway full. He proceeded to sit there and tell me that he’s never had any issues. There was nothing he could do. I told him that I wanted something done to which he hung up on me.
