              I purchased an **** retractable awning from this company in July 2019 and have an issue requiring maintenance from them. The awning has a 5-year warranty. I've contacted them by phone on 5 different occasions during 2021, requesting a service call. Their service rep assured me someone would be contacting me, but I've never received any visits. On my last call, (Oct. 11, 2021) I left a voicemail requesting a service call and that Better Business Bureau would be contacted unless I received contact from them. Nothing to date (11/19/21).

              We have siding that was installed in 2015 that has a lifetime warranty. This last winter we had several places that were cracked by ice. We contacted Ariel L****** on 4-8-21 and were told someone would be out in about 2 weeks to assess it. We were gone at the end of June and first of July and returned home to a message that someone would be in the area and could stop by. We called as soon as we found the message on the answering machine. No reply to our inquiry. On 9-13-21 we again called Ariel and were wold that Brock would call us back the next day in the morning. No call. On 9-27-21 and 10-2-21 and 10-7-21 we called again and left messages for Ariel asking to be contacted because it is now changing seasons and this replacement of three pieces of siding needs to be completed. We left notification on the 10-7-21 message stating that we would contact BBB if we were not acknowledged. We find this to be very irresponsible business practice and would appreciate it if you would interceded on our behalf. Thank you! LGR
