    I originally gave this place a 4 star review because we had a good experience but something about ***** made me very uncomfortable. I did not want to put this in my review since it was my feeling and there was nothing specific I could pinpoint to explain it.Within an hour of posting my review I got a nasty text from ***** asking why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 and insisting I update my review to 5 stars. I stood by my rating and explained the real reason behind the 4 and not 5 stars and the conversation turned very nasty, it kind of soured the whole experience. When I refused to change my rating he threatened me with a defamation lawsuit and accused me of stealing money and destroying property in the ************ addition, the only thing included when you book the place is the apartment. Everything, and I mean everything, else is at an additional, very high price. We were unaware of this and ***** showed us around and let us interact with the animals at no additional cost and without even mentioning these were things he normally charged for.I posted my reviews on ******, tripadvisor, and yelp. ***** went to each website and maligned me on all of them, copying and pasting absolute lies about me and my family.
