"This place is super unprofessional, or at least the loan company they deal with, I am SIX days late on my payment and they emailed saying I "altered" my vehicle, and when asked what I did to alter my van because I am unsure she responded with "You know exactly what you did to alter your van so I am not entertaining a circular argument. In response with your assumption that we don't know what you did to your van, be sure to respond with your payment arrangement or location to pick up the vehicle you are not paying for." ... "They sale junk cars and want you to keep paying them I've had my car 6 month and been in shop more then I've had it took it back told them I don't want it and they trying to make me still pay for it and my 20 month or REMOVEDmiles are not up"
