    Went and looked at a house, *******************************************, listed by them and there was a tarp over the kitchen roof, we were assured that the listing agent said the roof was scheduled to be repaired. We put an offer on and bought the house only to find that the roof was not repaired, even called the roofing company they said repaired it and was told they have no idea who they are no quote or repair was ever done by them.We also were informed that there was a suicide in the house, our realtor asked and they denied that, which we found out was true after the day my son moved in and the neighbor told us.
